The Numero Uno story
Number One was originally created for world leaders. Carried around the world by Nicaraguan ambassadors on official missions. In 2018, we gave it away to media and special audiences, obtaining our best score in 50 years. Currently, it is part of Obras Maestras, the designation of our family of ultra-premium cigars.
CigarShare users' verdict
Joya de Nicaragua's Numero Uno delivers a satisfying blend of pepper-forward spice complemented by creamy, nutty undertones and subtle wood notes that develop throughout the smoke. The cigar maintains respectable construction with generally normal draw characteristics and mostly even burn performance.
