The Anejo story

A gorgeous new release from Partagas, Anejo Esplendido is a stunning barber pole cigar that features 2 wrappers: a Cameroon from 1998 and a Connecticut-Shade from 2013. The rest of the recipe features a Dominican binder and filler from Mexico and the Dominican. Notes include wood, roast nuts, and earth. Refined, smooth, and elegant. Medium.
CigarShare users' verdict

The Partagás Anejo delivers woody and earthy characteristics with supporting notes of dried fruit and spice, though the profile can feel somewhat flat and one-dimensional. Construction is generally serviceable with a normal draw, though burn performance tends to be inconsistent across multiple lighting sessions.
