The Pledge story
“I will never stop working with the best tobaccos and bringing new and innovative blends to you.” – Ernesto Perez-Carrillo Jr. From the same legendary brand that brought you La Historia and Encore, E. P. Carrillo Cigars proudly presents Pledge – a Bold Expression from the master himself and the highest rated Cigar Aficionado Cigar of the Year for 2020, gaining a 98 point rating and becoming an instant classic.
Our boldest expression in a cigar that is full of rich complex flavors. A full bodied power house of a cigar, noticeable spice and wood notes with a hint of sweetness. A very complex and rich smoke, very aromatic and a smooth coffee finish on the extremely flavorful profile throughout.

CigarShare users' verdict
The Pledge delivers a peppery smoke with earthy undertones and prominent leather notes, rounded out by subtle chocolate and coffee accents. While construction is generally solid with an easy draw, occasional burn inconsistencies and a somewhat straightforward flavor profile limit its appeal.
