The TAA story
Starting in 2011, Pete released a special cigar for the TAA (Tobacconists Association of America) which is a select group of cigar retailers and manufacturers. Only member stores were allowed to sell the cigars. With the exception of the 2013 release, the cigars have been based on the Pork Tenderloin and Barclay Rex blend. They are wrapped in Connecticut Broadleaf (except 2013, 2019, and 2020) and contain Nicaraguan binders and fillers. They are sold in slide lid boxes of 20. The bands are gold edged with a white background and feature the TAA cigar Indian logo and the year. The 2013 release was a special release of the Grand Chasseur and had a black 10th anniversary band that also said TAA. The 2013 also featured an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. All of the cigars are produced in Nicaragua.

CigarShare users' verdict
The Tatuaje TAA delivers a spiced tobacco foundation with prominent toasted notes and occasional hints of barnyard character, supported by consistently even burning and reliable draw quality. While the profile leans toward straightforward tobacco and pepper sensations, it offers enough aromatic complexity with allspice and cardamom to keep things interesting.
